Policies and Disclaimers Business Hours: Our office is open to serve your needs every Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time (holidays excluded). We often work longer than the hours we publish and sometimes we might step out to run an errand during the day. Please feel free to call at any time and if you are transferred to our voice-mail system, please leave a message so that we can return your call as soon as possible.
To Order: You may place your order by using our online shopping cart or email. Please be sure your order includes a complete description and method of payment. Also, don't forget to include your choice of size and color if applicable. In the event of a problem or question with your order, a phone number where we can reach you during normal business hours is extremely important. No returns are excepted as most parts are custom orders. If you do return an item it must be approved by use prior to shipping it back. A 25% restocking fee will be charged along with any damage fees to to installation or shipping. International Orders: We prefer payment by credit card. We require a photocopy of both sides of the credit card (with readable numbers) and also of a driver's license (photo identification card) or passport. The photo identification and credit card must have the same name. The product must be shipped to the billing address of the card or another address that the credit card company will authorize. A signed letter must be faxed with the credit card authorizing the charge to be made to the credit card. Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or certified funds in advance. Company checks are accepted upon approval of a credit application. Sorry, no CODs. There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks. Please, no personal checks.
Shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of receipt via regular UPS or Fedex ground service. If you are in a rush, we will gladly ship your order via UPS or Fedex guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day service, once the parts are made. The shipping charges on our Web site for ground and air do not apply to oversize items or for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for the shipping cost. If you need your product in a hurry, please call us at 1-(682) 220-9291 to be sure that the item is in stock and to confirm the shipping charge. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. International orders must inquire for shipping costs. Please also see our International Ordering polices. Items too large or heavy to be shipped via UPS or Fedex will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with shipping charges to be collected at delivery. Roll bars and cages will be shipped truck freight collect unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If any item has been backordered, we will contact you and then hold the entire order to ship together. If you decide that you would rather have your order shipped separately, then we will charge you for the 2nd shipment cost. If you refuse delivery of your order or return any part of it for credit, the UPS or Fedex shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. unused and in re-saleable condition. Warranty: Professional installation is required for warranty. We guarantees our own brand name products to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials for a period of one year except when used in a racing environment. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of a defective part. Please call for specific information. Any defective product that is discovered less than 30 days from our invoice date should call 1-(682) 220-9291 for instructions and a RMA number. Any defective product discovered over 30 days past the invoice date will need to be referred to the manufacturer directly.
